Creation Lab 3D provides both ready-made and custom 3D printed products, decorative items, desk accessories, LED-based products etc. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Custom Orders

  • Many of our products are made-to-order.
  • Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to the 3D printing process.
  • For custom designs, customers are responsible for ensuring the design details are correct before approval.
  • We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in BDT.
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • Orders will only be processed after full or partial payment (depending on agreement).
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing or technical errors.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on production time and courier service.
  • Custom products may require additional production time.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

5. Refund & Returns

  • Due to the custom nature of many products, custom orders are non-refundable unless defective.
  • Refunds are only applicable in cases of:
    • Damaged product upon delivery
    • Manufacturing defects
  • Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Proof (photos/videos) may be required.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, images, and content on this website are the property of Creation Lab 3D.
  • Unauthorized copying or reproduction is prohibited.
  • For custom models based on copyrighted characters or logos do not violet specific Bangladesh law, customers confirm they have the right to use them.But if the owner asks to remove them, we will most definitely comply and will remove them from the website.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Misuse of products
  • Improper installation of LED/electrical components
  • Indirect or incidental damages
